A child in a home environment is very different from a tent environment. So you must take that into consideration before anything else.
You should keep in mind that the tent does not protect against weather conditions and any external conditions, so as much as possible, you should provide suitable covers for children and special clothes that protect them and double the normal.
You should teach the child that the sounds of bombing and shelling are fireworks. This is easy if the child is very young and trying to understand what is happening.
A child who is over four years old can understand that these bombs and missiles are the result of war. That's okay. You can try to entertain this child as much as possible. Like teaching him how to play in the sand and with toys if you find them! It's better to do this so that the child forgets exactly what is happening around him.
